Diane, how about contacting Dr. Deborah Axelrod in NYC (Beth Israel
Medical Center). She's a breast surgeon who is breastfeeding friendly.
Also Dr. Alisan Goldfarb, (breast surgeon)  in NYC, I'm not sure which
hospital she is affiliated with. Dr. Goldfarb was listed as one of NY's
1000 best Doctors in New York magazine a while back, and readers sent in
letters attesting to the fact after reading the article...
