Teeth alone should *not* cause nipple pain.  If the baby bites, then
that explains pain, but, remember that the most common cause of
unexplained new nipple pain is Candida.  I have been fooled by "teeth" a
few times, only to find that it was Candida all the time, and if I had
believed my own dictum "new unexplained nipple pain is yeast", I would
have saved the mother a lot of aggravation.
