I am working with a mom who has enormous breasts.  Her nipples were
inverted but the internal piston pump (using the large glass flanges) has
pulled them out.  After 6 weeks of many bottles,  her son is very
reluctant to latch.  He might latch on once for a few minutes every other
day.   Yesterday she sat Indian style on the floor & for the first time
got the baby on the breast all by herself.  Her mom is a retired LLLL  &
has been helping her but everyone is very exhausted.

What can you  wise women tell us about using the water  to get a baby
latching on?
