I have gotten a lot of responses about the cult post.  I guess (due to lack
of sleep) I was unclear.  First it is NOT LLL!  This is a group of women
(CALLED a cult by the father) who all live together in a commune.  They do
not allow outsiders and no men.  They view men as sperm donors and nothing
more.  They also believe in no foods but breast milk until age 5.  Keep in
mind as I stated in my post, this is all second hand info.  The mother who
wishes to induce lactation has NOT contacted me herself.  She has talked via
my friend.  Incase anyone missed it this is the original post.

I feel it would be very confusing to the baby and unfair to the mother.  My
point was the father is planning on gaining custody of the 6 month old.  He
says it is not normal and she is starving the baby.  This is why the new wife
wants to breastfeed.  She says then it will not be an issue of breastfeeding
that allows the mother to keep the baby.  I think IF it comes to pass it will
be really bad for everyone.  Also my concern is the press issue.  You know
they will make more out of breastfeeding than the cult.  I just wanted to
pass on the information.  I am still trying to get more info on the whole
thing.  As of now this is all I have.
