Dear Alicia,

We work with lots of premies who breastfeed.  Our neonatologists are
comfortable with the assumption that: given the rest of the parameters that
you cite as normal,
voiding, gaining, etc - that the premie can have 7 stools/day or a stool
every 7 days
and be fine.
