About the bottle elongator...it's not new... it's been around for years and
was originally advertised for car seat and stroller use... has a do-hickey
you stick to the stroller side or carseat hinge that holds the bottle...

MORE revolting are the Sassy brand baby food bottles that have a plunger
bottom that you plunge the food through the nipple into the baby's mouth...
those are downright dangerous...

Toy's R Us (among other large baby-stuff selling chains) sells a lot of
horrible what I call "how not to raise your own baby" products....
