  Just a thought...are the plugged ducts primarily on the upper and outsides
of the breasts?  How about using baking soda instead of anti-perspirant?  A
LLLL suggested this to me after I had 13 breast infections, presumably from
plugged ducts, and I have only 2 with my second child and none so far with my
5 month old.  Her theory was that sweat glands are similar to milk ducts and
the anti-perspirant might cause them to constrict.  Worked for me!
