Hi, Lactnetters,
I have a mom who has a past hx of mastitis and plugged ducts.  She is very
gradually weaning her 4 year old, but now has a lump in one breast, and says
there is pus coming from her nipple.  She may be pregnant (extremely early,
has not missed a period yet.)  She wanted to rent a breast pump to prevent
mastitis. Is pus associated with mastitis, or could it just be a yellowish
discharge?
