Dear Francoise,
In reply to your post:
> I read the message from Katie Winchell : oversupply / Reglan. Names of
pharmaceuticals are not the same in France (in others countries too, I
think). Please, may I know what is (are) the active substances in Reglan
and Zantac ?
Sorry, I am new to corresponding with an international group. Reglan =
metoclopramide, Zantac = ranitidine. She took them for gastric reflux
during the latter part of pregnancy. She is still pumping to comfort (4
oz. per breast once or twice per day) only when she considers it "4+
fullness" (her terminology) and hopes for the best long term.
Regards, Katie Winchell, BS, IBCLC
