Ye gods and little fishes!  If you have not scanned that site, I urge you
to do so!  I could not believe the information I found there (really
outdated and inaccurate, for the most part; most of the rest I found to be
paternalistic (in the most negative meaning of that term, and not
necessarily referring only to a male presenter of the information).

I cc-ed LACTNET the letter I wrote.  I hope it arrives.  Just before I got
ready to copy it for safe-keeping, one of my resident four-legged critters
bumped my typing hand and I inadvertently hit the send button before I was
ready. As a result, I was unable to copy it.  My hope is that the cc-ing
worked and you will see what I wrote.

Does ANYONE in Manhattan (NYC, NY USA) know this woman?  If so, what is her
background, other than being a pediatrician?  That is, do you know where
she trained, when?
