It is my understanding that moms will have transitional milk that can
last up to 4wks after birth. Therefore, there is first milk
(colostrum), transitional milk (has alot of colostrum mixed with it),
and mature milk (colostrum is no longer present). Does anyone else have
information on this? I could dig up the reference if people are
interested.
