Our WIC dept has 1 or 2 electric pumps that are for moms with babes in
the NICU, .... and a very limited supply of manual pumps,

UMMMmmmm, this is a very "ethical" "hypothetical" question , isnt it...

I guess what I wanted to say, is that, if a mom was going to quit bf
because she doenst have a pump and a pump provided by a formula co is
the -only pump- she can get and that pump will help her continue to
provide breast milk to her baby, then I would rather her have that pump
than no pump......beacuse that pump would help her baby have more of the
best milk possible :)
