This question seems poorly worded, ill-timed and to me, anyway, irrelevant
 to the aim of Lactnet.
To all the world we saw a natural, loving and adored mother. Knowing her
bf history would certainly not enable me to 'admire her even more' and I'm
afraid it hints of further prying beyond what she obviously wanted us to
know.
