Jack, how about having her simulate digestion with, say, vinegar, and
trying the three- breastmilk, formula, and cow's milk (or maybe even all
the types of ABM, plus goat and cow milk) comparing the curd formed etc. ??

Seems pretty easy to me..... it would demonstrate the ease of digestion of
human milk......

Reminiscing about the old High School Science Project days....
