Why kangaroo milk is pink? simple. Saturated lactoferrin crystals are pink,
(unsaturated colourless) and it's mostly saturated in wallaby milk.
(Possibly for the reason Sarah gave, though that's guesswork.) Another bit
of trivia accumulated from my scientific friends. Milk can be many colours
and still be normal. One less thing for curious minds to enquire about...
