I think that it is noteworthy that 80% of the incoming regional
representatives are rn's... are 80% of the ilca members rn's?  ... there are
no rd's ot's pt's... what does this mean for representation of the non rn?

     there was a call for nominations for us delegate yet there is nothing on
the ballot... does this mean we are not voting and the board has chosen the
new  us delegate?
