Surely to goodness, with all the studies available to show that
breastfeeding protects against otitis media, the physician is not going
to pull that one to suggest it is the breastfeeding that is causing the
otitis media?  Let him produce the studies that feeding lying down,
while breastfeeding, causes otitis media.  He cannot, by the way, use
studies implicating bottle feeding lying down as a cause of otitis
media.
