I have a golden opportunity to inservice the staff of NBN, L&D,
hopefully, NICU.  This will be a very basic BRF class.  I really want to
make an impact without alienating them.  They are quick to scream
"nipple nazi".

This is a hosp with 200+ del/mo and a 22 bed level 3 NICU.  We claim to
support BRF & have rooming-in.  We also give gift packs to every mom
that delivers, return babes to NBN for MD visits and so mom can rest and
we always nipple NI babes before allowing the breast.

Again, this will be short (30 min) and BASIC. I really want to dispell
the beliefs that the babes are being "starved" & "not enough milk" &
"just using you for a pacifier".

Any suggestions?  I really want to convert a few more to "our" side.
