I believe that the Avent Niplette has been approved for use in US. Correct
me if I am off track here. But this lady sounds like a classic candidate
for this device - before she falls pregnant again. From my knowledge any
other method (like surgery) to 'fix' inverted nipples is purely cosmetic
and would make breastfeeding impossible.
