Auerbach, 1993, Jones and Bartlett Publ.  I think this is the first ed. It
has helped
me. There  are two chapters that may help, Maternal Health and Breast-Related
Problem. I believe you may be able to find this edition on the internet
bookshelf and
at a local university bookstore. If I find more I will send them to you.
