 My experience with assymptomatic thrush in infants has shown that Mycelex
trouches work extremely well.  Crush them and dissolve in water or bm and
dropper into mouth of baby.  Gentian violet also works very well in these
cases.  I don't believe that one dose of Diflucan would be sufficient and I
know that the concentration passed on from mom is definitely not sufficient
to treat the baby.
