Check to see first if the mother has gone on the birth control pill.  If
yes, stop it immediately and use other methods.

If yes or no, you may try:

1. fenugreek
2. domperidone (Motilium)
3. double pumping and using the expressed milk in a lactation aid

Do not forget compression either and switching back and forth from
breast to breast.
