When an LC is breaching an ethical standard or professional one, the group
to contact is the one with the power to discipline. That organziation is
NOT ILCA, but rather IBLCE--if the person in question is certified by this
group.
ILCA is simply the professional group for LCs and has no power to
discipline its members.
If the person has been certified by IBLCE, it DOES have a mechanism for
alerting the person to the breach of actions/behaviors relating to her
professional activities.
