 First, I did not mean to insult anyone or any organization with my comment
about the bf delegation.  However, I did want to point out that these
delegations are not what they appear from the "invitation" letters that I
have received (So far, I have received 4 to this particular delegation).
The invitations do sound a lot like the Who's Who soliticitations which
play upon one's ego/modesty.  Second, The trips are very expensive and may
or may not offer a superior experience to one which is arranged as say a
guest lecturer who is touring the country.  If one has the money to go on
these great.  All I was saying was that I wouldn't take out a loan for
thousands of dollars to do this.
