Why worry about a tiny bit of steroid on the nipple.  How can we be
saying that prednisone is okay taken orally, and the tiny amount of
steroid on the nipple is not.  There is no need to wipe the stuff off.
That makes life difficult.  Use an ointment, not a cream, she'll get
better relief of her symptoms.
