Sorry for so many posts in a row. I've spent the day catching up on my email.
When  I had a problem with abrasions and breast pain the MC LC I work with
said something like "Well, he's a lot heavier now and he's dragging your
breast along his teeth. Try an armchair or pillows" it worked raising him up
closier to the breast stopped the problem.
This was one of those -Now why didn't I think of that? things.
