Well, nothing is impossible, of course.  But why implicate
breastfeeding?  If they were due to prolactin, wouldn't the headaches be
getting better, now that prolactin levels are much lower than a few
months back?  Isn't it true that at 6 months or so prolactin levels are
almost at basal levels, rising only with nursing?  Is the existence of
prolactin induced headache a proved entity?  Where is the proof?

I would get another opinion if I were her.  Either the neurologist has
got good information about the above, in which case he should share it
with the mother and with you, the LC, or he is just looking for an
answer to a question he cannot answer, in which case, she should run,
not walk to someone else.
