If I may make a small correction on the "active untreated tb" being a
contraindication to giving breastmilk.  Perhaps to donating breastmilk
but I would like to clarify this so that breastfeeding mothers who are
feeding their own children  It would be more accurate to say that sputum
positive tb might be a contraindication, though if the mother wears a
mask when in contact with the baby, the risk of passing on tb decreases
dramatically.
