I have a rental station of approx 130 pumps, down from 225 before the
advent of the PNS. I have also sold a lot of PNSs, some to moms who have
first used the Lact....
Most of the moms who first used the Lact.... reported that they got
significanatly less, or that they needed to pump longer to get same amount.
The max suction on the PNS is approx. medium on the Lact.... IMO, some
(many?) moms require that extra pressure to maintain full milk supply.
Especially when Bespecially for these fragile little ones, it's just not
worth it!
