I got a call from a 21 wk pg mom who was diagnosed w/ breast cancer at 15
weeks.  She's had a lumpectomy and is in the midst of chemo.  She'll start
radiation a few weeks after the birth.  She's wondering what to expect.
Should she just proceed as if nothing was about to happen, and gradually
shift to one-breast nursing if the irradiated side dries up?  Should she
dry up that side before radiation begins, to slow the cell turnover rate
and perhaps help preserve future function as a result?
