Today a colleague consulted me requesting references and I was unable to help
him.  He is a ginecologist and doesn't have easy access to pediatric literature.
It seems a pediatrician  in charge of preemies, quoted an article stating that
preemies who have had hypoxia should not breastfeed because breastmilk has
"many" electrolytes - or the milk must be diluted before giving it to premature
babies.

I know nothing about this suggestion.  Does someone know about this study?

If you know of a good article that explains the diet of a preemie well?  Thanks
in Advance.  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hoy un colega me hizo una consulta buscando referencias y no le pude ayudar.  El
es ginecologo y  no conoce tanto la literatura pediatrica.

Resulta que un pediatra del personal de  un hospital, encargado de neonatos, le
cito un articulo que indica que bebes prematuros que tuvieron hipoxia no deben
amamantar, porque la leche humana tiene "muchos" electrolitos o lo deben diluir
antes de darselo al bebe prematuro....!

Desconozco totalmente este tipo de consejo.  Alguien conoce ese articulo?

Conoce algun articulo que explique bien lo que debe comer ese tipo de prematuro?
