Of course the mother can nurse. The vaccine is made up of dead bacteria.
They will not pass into the milk, and even if they do, so what? The only
thing that will pass into the milk are possibly some antibodies against
typhoid, and that will not be bad for the baby, on the contrary. Probably
the baby will thus get more benefit from the vaccine than the mother (the
vaccine for typhoid being not one of the great ones).
