Can someone help with some information please. I am sure I have read somewhere that the way a baby is positioned and attached influences the amount of hindmilk received, i.e. the baby has to actively work to strip the higher fat milk from the ducts. My friend disagrees and says that as long as there is a let-down occurring, the baby will receive the hindmilk. Please e-mail me directly as I am currently no-mail. Thankyou, Denise.
