Ruthy:  I didn't see any responses from the list, and I hope I'm not too
late for this mom.  There is no need to pump and dump with these IV
contrast media.  Tom Hale's book is clear on this.  Although these agents
pass into human milk, they are virtually not absorbed orally, so the baby
will get none.  Hope this helps.  Alicia.
