Just a quick comment to point out one often overlooked source of dairy is
canned tuna fish.  Most of the commercial brands add casein or caseinate,
which is a milk enzyme.  And even within some brands, some types have the
casein, and some don't!

So, you really have to read the labels on ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!

And one recommendation is the Sears' Baby Book which has an excellent
chart on possible allergens in mom's diet.
