       i do not understand why the physician needs anything more than bfy.
these are well known and extablished names in this field. There are a number
of refernces listed and if the ped does not like their eval he/she can
certianly pull the articles him/herself. these men also can be contacted. I
have done so through their publisher but one could probably go directly to
them.

       what more does the physician want?
