For those who wish a rapid turnaround on Lactnet posts, ie to get each one
as it is sent out, they are set to

mail

instead of

digest.

They see each message individually, as it comes through. To do this, you
send a message to the listserv address ([log in to unmask]) saying

Set Lactnet mail

That's all. Be ready for a ton of messages though. K
