Dear Friends:

I'll be gone the next week to Seattle for a lecture so I am going NOMAIL.

I presently have so many lectures to do, papers to write, etc,  that I have
decided to go NOMAIL for the next several months.  I'll miss the discussions,
but I need some free time to develop a new WEB page, books, etc.  So I'll be
back in several months.
