Dear Linda
          Is the blockage getting worse, is it more tender and more inflammed? Three days is a long time to have a blocked duct and it not to become worse. Could it be a galactocele? The first galactocele I came across, the doctor, midwife and mother were convinced it was a blocked duct that wouldn't clear.
If it is a blocked duct, ultrasound from a physiotherapist can be helpful.
