 The first line of defense for many women is their local La Leche League
Leader, who may in turn suggest that she needs a "higher" level of
assistance...MD, DC, DO, IBCLC, etc.  Unfortunately, in our community
OB/GYNs and Peds seem to know the LEAST about bf.
