I also have Kittie's chart. Another way to calculate is 2 1/2 times baby's
weight divided by 8 = amount for one feeding in ounces.  ie: 10 lb baby
times 2 1/2 = 25, divided by 8 = 3-4 oz. per feeding. I don't know if there
is an easy version of this in grams and cc's. Sincerely, Pat Young in SNJ
