Kittie Frantz and Carole Hoesly produced a chart in June 87
which I have found helpful. It is called "Baby Feeding
Requirements Chart for normal full term infants"   I
understood it was breastmilk amounts but I may be wrong.
I think I got it at a conference. Some examples are;
6lb baby       16ozs per 24 hrs    ie  8feeds@ 2ozs   or 10 @ 1.6

7lbs             18.7ozs   per24hrs
8lbs             21.3ozs       "
9lbs             24ozs         "
10lbs          26.7ozs       "
11lbs           29.3ozs      "
