>Question- anyone ever had a situation of allergy to a... pump?
I once had a mother break out in a horrendous rash when she started using a
hand pump made by a different company. Rash cleared quickly with cortisone
cream and switching to the pump that *your* client seems allergic to. I
suppose for every kind of plastic it's possible to have someone with an
allergic response. The two pump flanges were clearly of different
composition, and we were both pretty confident that it was contact with the
flange that caused her problem.
