nipple harder and when she lets go there are tooth marks on the top of
moms aerola from the childs top teeth and the nipple is bent down at an
angle. . .child is cutting bottom incisors during this time.

There something very wrong with this description.  The vast majority of
children cut their bottom deciduous (baby) incisors (central four teeth) at
an average age of 7-9 months.  Did she maybe mean the child is cutting
bottom molars?  If the child is really just now getting its incisors, this
is VERY odd.  If she meant molars, then not to worry -- child is just
uncomfortable and being weird at the breast to relive discomfort.
