Many of my clients have found acupunture very helpful for carpal tunnel syndrome.
They claim it works better than PT.  I encourage them to use lots of support.  A
wrap-around or "snake" pillow works best.

I have heard so many docs tell moms to quit bf.  Most women (except the needle-
phobic ones!) are happy to learn there are non-drug alternatives.
