Breastfeeding rooms should be announced with a sign that says
something like

"Please feel free to breastfeed your child *anywhere* on our premises.
However, if you wish privacy, we do have a breastfeeding room located
at..."

This allows the mothers who are not ready to nurse in public some
privacy, while announcing that anywhere that mothers and babies go, is
an appropriate place to breastfeed.
