The discussion of prenatal engourgement reminded me of a question I've
been asked. That is, if someone who is pregnant could express colostrum
for the adopted baby of a friend of relative. The question I have would
mainly be if it would be safe for someone who was not yet at term to do
so. I don't know if the composition of prenatal colostrum is the same,
although I'm sure it would still be valuable.

Does anyone know of this being done or have any ideas?

Aloha,
Darillyn
