Skin to skin is the great re-connector. Napping with him (if he still naps)
and sleeping with him, along with lots of close body contact of all kinds.
This, along with respect for his grief during the absence and his capacity
to adapt.
She will hopefully allow him all the time he needs to make *his* choice
whether or not to resume the intimacy of breastfeeding.
