Just received the following message from Camille regarding the mother and
breastfeeding baby affected by the methylparathion in her District. Please
email us privately and/or post to the list with your reply. Thanks in
advance for your help. Keitha :)

Keitha, the urine test has come back on the mother and baby. They are low.
Level 3. The sister in that house that had the baby to die from SIDS is
pregnant. Her level was also a 3. We have not received the EPA swipe on the
environment yet.

The problem now is that the nutritionist for the pregnant sister told her she
DEFINATELY should not breastfeed if she had any of the poison in her system.

Linda, wants to know now if there is a problem with them continuning to
breastfeed.

I told Linda that in my opinion they should breastfeed. If the 3 month old
is getting a "double dose" it still is insignificant.

I guess we are going to have to call Dr. Josephs, the Epi MD> in Atlanta.

Please ask again ... especially Dr. Newman and Dr. Hale.

thanks
