Dear Arly:  I like your idea of the disclaimer.  I agree with others with
the use of the word "excessive".  Perhaps you could write that "early use
of formula (i.e. in the first 4 to 6 weeks) could decrease your milk
supply".  You might also add that early use of formula may predispose to
allergies and eczema in babies with a family history of allergies.
